Nigerian Activists Pray for Burkina Faso to Defeat Super Eagles

Some Nigerians, including one activist Abubakar Muhammadu, had criticized the team for not lacking federal character because it was dominated by people from the Southeast and South-south chosen wholly on merit. This activist released the following facebook update before the Nigeria-Maki match praying for his Malian "brothers" to defeat the Eagles.

Muhammadu has also been joined by Auwal Moga and Bin Talba who are praying for Burkina Faso to defeat Nigeria (see facebook) update below.

The sentiment expressed by this activist shows the level of work still needed to be done to unite Nigerians.
