Boko Haram Plan Massive Bloodshed on Democracy Day!

The Joint Task Force on Friday  in a press statement signed by its spokesman, Lt. Col. Sagir Musa, and released in Maiduguri the Borno State capital said plot to disrupt peace in Borno State has been uncovered by security operatives in the state. Boko Haram plans to unleash violence non residents that will make them rue the day.

According to Lt. Col Musa "Members of the group intend to attack identified locations in Maiduguri metropolis and environs."

It would be recalled that similar warnings were given during the Christmas season and the Easter which both came with massive violence, bloodshed and loss of lives.

Musa's press release indicated that the JTF is prepared to maintain law and order although residents of the city are unlikely to take any solace from that statement given past events.
